The LibreView system gives you clear, intuitive reports from numerous monitors and makes it easy to share them with your care team. Whether you upload your patients’ meters in your clinic, or they upload remotely from home,* your patients’ glucose data are stored safely in the cloud to be viewed by you at any time. The LibreView system is free and usually takes only a few minutes to get started.
* Note: The patient version of the LibreView system currently works with Abbott Diabetes Care meters only.
Go to the LibreView Site, click 'Sign Up'. Check the box to confirm that you are signing up for the Professional Account and then click 'Continue'. You will be asked to complete a short registration form and accept an end user licensing agreement. If you want to start uploading meters, the system will prompt you to install software that allows the LibreView system to get data from your meters. Once you’ve installed the software, you will be able to start uploading meters and viewing reports.
Log in to your LibreView account. Click the Glucose Meter icon in the upper left corner. Choose the option that best fits your needs by either creating a 1-time report that is not saved in the system permanently or by creating a report linked to a patient that is saved in the system for future viewing. Then, connect one end of the cable to the meter and the other end of the cable to your computer. If this is your first time uploading a meter to this computer, you will be asked to install software that allows your meter to communicate with the web-based system.
