In order to upload glucose data successfully into LibreView, you must have a compatible data cable. Please contact the Customer Service number on the back of your device or visit the device manufacturer’s website to purchase the correct cable. It is always recommended to use the cable that came with your device when uploading.

Cables are not required to obtain glucose data from patients using compatible mobile apps within the FreeStyle Libre Portfolio* to monitor their glucose.

*Some devices and mobile apps may not be available in your country / region. Refer to the Compatible Devices article for a list of supported devices.
